Certainly I can say that I am a person who never uses words like: " I can’t , I don’t know how to, I’m not able". Full of energy and zest for life, ready to render assistance to those who need support – that’s all me.

I am a very strong person, yet very sensitive to other people's misfortune - I will not live only for myself, I am a born activist, a friend and a soul mate for all the lost women. Life never spoiled me..
On 2006 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. When I heard the words: “malignant breast cancer” it seemed to me that the world has stopped. However, my optimism quickly came to the fore. My own suffering did not allow me to forget about the suffering of others, I also did not want to turn on my dream, opening a fitness club for women. Finding and renovating such a place and getting the necessary financial resources, as well as the necessary permits, seemed to be a greater torment than chemo and radiotherapy – I struggled with all of that at the same time (chemo in the morning, permits and council meetings as well as many other urgent matters in the afternoon).

This extraordinary, almost superhuman determination meant that I was able to overcome adversity - winning with this severe disease and opening the Wellness Centre in Oława. Once my dream realised it also became a dream come true for many women that have always been coming in the club in rather large numbers. I think that I have infected it with positive energy, faith in humanity and love for fitness. I even became a fitness instructor at the age of 43, thus proving that it’s never too late to fulfil your dreams. I have not forgotten about my illness, and I have been focusing on prevention and supporting women after mastectomy. For them I have established the "Forever Female" Association and the club became a place of free classes and meetings for women affected by the disease.
As a promoter of prevention, particularly mammography and breast ultrasound, I have started organising free testing for early detection of breast cancer lesions in Oława and the "March of the Pink Ribbon" - Day of the fight against breast cancer. During the 5 years of our association we have examined more than a 1,000 women, 14 of them have been diagnosed with cancer . All are treated in the Lower Silesian Oncology Center in Wroclaw, and most importantly, all are slowly returning to health. Thus my little success, of which I am very proud.
